Cancellations and Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a **50% charge** of the service booked.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a **100% charge** of the service booked.
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment, and it will be treated as a cancellation subject to our fees.
- If we are able to accommodate, your appointment may need to be shortened to ensure our next client is seen on time.
No-Shows
- Clients who miss their appointment without any notice will be charged the full service fee.
- After **two no-shows**, a non-refundable **deposit** will be required to book any future appointments.
Appointment Reminders
- As a courtesy, we will send a reminder via [text/email] 4 days prior to your scheduled appointment. However, it is the client’s responsibility to remember the appointment time and adhere to our cancellation policy.
Emergency Situations
- We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Refund Policy
Due to the time, expertise, and professional products used in each service, Salon Riviera does not offer refunds on completed services. We encourage open communication during consultations to align expectations, and we stand behind our work with our refinement policy if adjustments are needed.
Refinement Policy
We understand that minor adjustments may sometimes be needed after a service. If you are not completely satisfied with your results, we are happy to provide a refinement at no additional cost under the following conditions:
-A refinement request must be made within 7 days of the original appointment.
-The adjustment must align with the original consultation and service plan. Requests for a different look or major changes from the agreed-upon service will be considered a new appointment and priced accordingly.
-Refinements will be scheduled with the original stylist who performed the service. In rare cases, a senior stylist may be assigned at the salon’s discretion.
-Refinements are designed to fine-tune the final result, not to completely alter the service.
Training Salon Environment
As an Atarashii training salon, we foster a culture of learning where experienced stylists may have trained apprentices assist with certain aspects of services. This collaboration ensures high-quality results while allowing future professionals to grow under expert supervision.
